We also measure site usage with Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and processes your IP address to produce aggregate statistics such as page views, approximate city-level location, device type, and which listings get attention. We use this to decide what to publish, not to identify you. Google acts as our processor for that measurement, and the [cookie notice](/cookie-notice/) lists the cookies involved and how to refuse them. We run no advertising or remarketing pixels. Standard web server logs record IP addresses and requested pages for security and capacity purposes. ## How it is used Enquiry data is used to answer you, arrange viewings, and manage the property matter you raised. It is processed by our team in Phnom Penh, delivered to us by email from the site's own form handler, and is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers. Analytics data is aggregate and held in our Google Analytics property. ## Storage and retention Enquiries are retained while your matter is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then deleted on request or in periodic clean-ups.
