THE FIRM

The corner we work

My First Corner is a Phnom Penh real estate advisory and brokerage operating from BKK1, serving buyers, tenants, and owners across the capital and the coast. Every listing on this platform is verified by our own team before it is published, and every client works with a named advisor, not a queue.

What we actually do

Three things, done properly. We represent buyers and tenants across a verified book of Phnom Penh apartments, condos, villas, and new developments. We run owned property through a concierge desk that handles tenants, rent, maintenance, and reporting for owners who live abroad. And through our coastal desk we broker beachfront and island positions, from Koh Rong resort sites to Morakot Island villas, with title work done before, not after, you fall in love with the view.

How we work

Advice first, transaction second. You will hear a number you may not like before you ever hear a pitch, because honestly priced property transacts and flattery does not. Market commentary on this site carries dates on its figures, our listings carry the seller's real asking price, and anything a render, projection, or plan cannot prove is labelled exactly as what it is.

Licensing and registration

My First Corner operates as a registered Cambodian business from Amass Central Tower, Street 63, BKK1, Phnom Penh. Company registration and real estate service licensing details are being finalised for publication here; documentation is available on request through the contact page in the meantime.

Who you deal with

Enquiries land with a named advisor who stays on your file from the first call to the keys.

Samuel Doe, Chairman, My First Corner

Samuel Doe

Chairman

Fifteen years investing in Cambodia and advising the people who invest alongside us. That record is not built on volume: it is built on retention and referral, because returns that hold their shape bring clients back and bring their friends with them. As Chairman my focus is the firm's own investment direction and its growth.

Also CEO of Imajineer, our sister studio.

Theavy Chea, Managing Director, My First Corner

About us, answered

Is MFC Invests the same company as My First Corner?

Yes. MFC Invests is the platform name for My First Corner's listings, insights, and coastal desk. The company, the office, and the team are the same; myfirstcorner.com remains our companion site.

Do you charge buyers or tenants?

No. Fees are paid by owners and developers on successful transactions, agreed in writing when they instruct us. Buyer and tenant representation, viewings, and advice cost you nothing.

Which areas do you cover?

All fourteen Phnom Penh khans, with the deepest book in BKK1, Chamkarmon, Doun Penh, Toul Kouk, and Chbar Ampov, plus the coastal markets: Sihanoukville, Koh Rong, Koh Rong Sanloem, Morakot Island, Kampot, and Kep.

Four markets. Four different investment cases.

Cambodia is not one market. Each has a different investor profile, a different yield curve, and a different hold period. We work in these four because we understand the maths in each.
